Notice to Constitutional Members
Inverness Ice Centre Limited to Hold AGM on Monday 31st July 2023 7.30pm
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Inverness Ice Centre Limited will be held in the Ice Centre bar area on Monday 31st July at 7.30pm.
Attendance and voting rights are strictly for Constitutional Members only. To become a Constitutional Member, please complete and submit an application form. These can be found on the Inverness Ice Centre website. An explanation is provided on the website regarding Constitutional Membership and our Friend Scheme and the clear differences between them.
The agenda, Financial Statement and Minutes from the AGM in 2022 have been reposted on the Inverness Ice Centre website, and can be found by clicking on the links below.
The accounts are a draft at the moment, and will be finalised on completion of audit. This delay was due to difficulties in securing the services of a local auditor.
Constitutional Members who wish to attend the AGM or to tender their apologies, please advise me by midday on Monday 31st July by email at david@inverness-ice-centre.co.uk with “AGM” as the subject.
The Board are aware that members will have questions to raise. Members who have any agenda points pertinent to the AGM are asked to email gbarronceo@inverness-ice-centre.co.uk by close of business Thursday 27th July and they will be included in the Agenda under AOCB.
